Registration fees include an additional 25euro charge to cover currency conversion rates and bank charges. Please note: Refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds will only be submitted to IMMAF for approval on a case by case basis with either a doctors letter stating that the athlete is unfit to compete or proof of visa refusal. Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the start of the event. Any claim made after 30 days from the start of the event will be rejected and no refunds given.
