Step By Step Process to secure your place on the International Team

Step 1: Order Your Team Tracksuit before June 10th

The Irish International Team Tracksuits are available to order through the button below. All coaches and athletes competing at the IMMAF Youth World Championships must have a team Ireland Tracksuit. The half-zip jumper, long tracksuit pants, shorts and a choice of either the t-shirt or polo shirt are compulsory for all athletes as it is mandatory for all competitors to wear the tracksuit at all meetings, registration, weigh-ins and fights. Athletes may choose to buy the beanie hat if they so wish, but it is not compulsory.

Step 2: Parents and Volunteer Coaches Agreement

Before an athlete registers for the event, it’s important that parents and volunteers understand their roles/responsiblities, whether they are travelling or not.

Parents/volunteers are welcome to travel as supporters but cannot interfere with team procedures. While each parent is of course the ultimate guardian for their own child, IMMAA’s responsibility is to the entire team. All team activities are run by IMMAA qualified coaches who are Garda vetted. Team Activities (including training and backstage warm up area activities during the event) are strictly off limits to anyone who is not an IMMAA qualified Coach who is Garda Vetted/ cleared though an enhanced Access NI check.

Before registering as an athlete, please have any parent or volunteer coach who intends travelling review the form below.
