Tournament Handbook
Step 1 – Athletes Only Registration Payment

Step 2 – Athletes Only Rules Agreement
Click the button below to fill out the athletes rules agreement form
Step 3 – Coaches Registration fees & Rules Agreement Form – Coaches Only
Click the button below to fill out the coaches rules agreement form and pay your tournament registration fees of 275euro
Step 4 – MyNextMatch Account – Coaches & Athletes
All coaches and athletes must have a MyNextMatch profile in order to be registered for the tournament.
When creating your MyNextMatch account please ensure the following points are adhered to
- Ask to join your clubs MyNextMatch page
- Upload a profile photo as a passport style photograph of your face only
- Use capital letters for the first letters of your first and last names
- Use only the English alphabet – no fadas etc.
Step 5 – Book your accommodation – Coaches & Athletes
Accommodation Information can be found on page 15 of the tournament handbook.
To avail of the discounted accommodation prices please complete the booking form through the button below before September 2nd
This accommodation is for 7 nights in a shared room from check in on September 25th to check out on October 2nd only.
Step 6 – Pay your accomodation – Athletes & Coaches
Please pay for your accommodation through the button below before the deadline of Wednesday September 7th.
Step 7 – Media Release Form – Coaches & Athletes
Each coach and athlete must download, print and complete the relevant IMMAF media release form below.
Once completed please email a scanned/easy to read photo of the completed form to aisling@mmaireland.ie
Step 8 – Flight Information – Coaches & Athletes
Book your flights and fill out the flight information form through the button below.
