The second Adult MMA Squad Session for selection of Team Ireland to compete at the IMMAF European MMA Championships will take place on Sunday February 11th 2024 at Team Ryano, Finglas from 12:30 – 2:30pm
If you aspire to be part of this incredible experience, here’s what you need to do:
1.Club Membership: Ensure you’re a full member at an IMMAA fully registered club.
2.Membership Card: Keep your IMMAA individual membership up to date.
- All participants must be 18 yrs +
- Squad Attendance: Attend all squad sessions, starting with the first one on Sunday February 11th 2024, 12:30 -2:30 pm at Team Ryano, Finglas.
Selection Process
There will be 3 Squad sessions taking place over the span of 6-8 weeks. Team Ireland coaches will assess athletes and select the international team based on their performance at the squad sessions, while taking previous competitive experience into account. Attendance at the squad sessions is mandatory, any athlete who does not attend the squad sessions will not be considered for team selection.
