The Irish MMA Association are pleased to announce the following squad training session open to all members of IMMAA clubs of an Elite level.
This session will be supervised by Team Ireland and IMMAF level 3 coaches Andy Ryan and Danny Corr and will include a Wrestling for MMA and Leglock seminar taught by Paul ‘Redser’ Redmond and a Striking seminar with Cian ‘The Warrior’ Cowley.
This is an opportunity to train as one whole Irish team with Elite athletes from all over the country, from both the republic and North of Ireland and will include sparring rounds, but no fights.

National Squad Session July 2021
Date: Saturday July 24th
Venue: Team Ryano HQ Dublin
Time/Duration: 12pm – 4pm
Spaces at this squad session will be limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis by registration and payment in full only.
Who is eligible?
- Anyone of an Elite MMA level who is a member of an IMMAA affiliated MMA gym. A full list of our affiliated clubs is available here: IMMAA Club Listing – IMMAA (mmaireland.ie)
- An individual membership to IMMAA is required for all those wishing to participate in the Squad Session
- Ages 18+ only
