(Full Executive Volunteer position)

Role Description

  • Manager IMMAA Bank Accounts, outgoing payments and invoices
  • Keep records up to date to be able to present reports to the monthly board meetings
  • Prepare financial records for the accountant to be able to file annual returns
  • Liaise with accountant and auditors to complete annual audit organisation accounts
  • Chair the finance subcommittee meetings which decide on long term spending strategy
  • Deal with emails and other communication to do with Organisation finances

Qualifications/Experience

  • Be very organised and capable to work within a team
  • Experienced in Book Keeping, Accounting, Business Management

Time commitment

  • Approximately 3-4 hours weekly
