(Full Executive Volunteer position)
Role Description
- Manager IMMAA Bank Accounts, outgoing payments and invoices
- Keep records up to date to be able to present reports to the monthly board meetings
- Prepare financial records for the accountant to be able to file annual returns
- Liaise with accountant and auditors to complete annual audit organisation accounts
- Chair the finance subcommittee meetings which decide on long term spending strategy
- Deal with emails and other communication to do with Organisation finances
Qualifications/Experience
- Be very organised and capable to work within a team
- Experienced in Book Keeping, Accounting, Business Management
Time commitment
- Approximately 3-4 hours weekly
