Paul Keane is an amateur MMA fighter from Ireland who currently competes in the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions. He fights out of Conriocht MMA (formerly associated with K-FIT Fitness Dojo) and is a frequent competitor on the Irish and UK regional circuits.Keane holds an amateur record of 3 wins and 4 losses. His most recent performances include representing Team Ireland at the 2025 IMMAF World Championships.International Representation:He competed as a Senior Men's Middleweight for Ireland at the IMMAF World Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia.Grappling Success: In March 2026, he secured gold in his division and bronze in the absolute division at a Grappling Industries event.Coaching: Outside of active competition, Keane is a personal trainer and MMA coach at Conriocht MMA in Galway.
