🇮🇪 Another Incredible IMMAF Referee & Judge Course Completed 🇮🇪What a fantastic weekend of learning, development and collaboration as IMMAA welcomed IMMAF Official Stephane Demonty to Ireland to deliver another outstanding IMMAF Referee & Judge Course.A huge thank you to everyone who took part. Your commitment to developing the sport, improving your knowledge, and raising the standards of officiating in Irish MMA is hugely appreciated.One thing every attendee quickly discovered is just how challenging the role of an official can be. Making split-second decisions, applying the rules consistently, ensuring athlete safety, and maintaining fairness throughout competition requires a huge amount of knowledge, concentration and professionalism.Whether attending as a coach, athlete, existing official or someone beginning their officiating journey, participants gained a whole new appreciation for the important role officials play in our sport.We look forward to seeing many of you progress through the IMMAA and IMMAF pathways and supporting you at future events both nationally and internationally.A special thank you also to Derek Hickey, Derek Black and Laura Coates for all their help, support and hard work throughout the weekend.As always, great things happen when people come together with a shared goal.●Teamwork●Education●Development●Respect for Officials●Growing Irish MMA TogetherThank you all for being part of it ️ Keep an eye out for our next IMMAA / IMMAF Course announcement.
