As an IMMAA underage competitor I agree that I will: *

Abide by a curfew of 10pm for all cadets (12-17 years old)
Behave in a positive manner towards all competitors, coaches and volunteers
Understand and adhere to the relevant rules set out by IMMAF for my age category
Plan and prepare appropriately
Encourage cooperation and team spirit
Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow competitors, volunteers and coaches
Understand that any decision made by IMMAA coaches and IMMAF officials is final and I will not try to overrule or argue with the coaches or officials
Show respect for other nations, their coaches, competitors and national anthems
Respect and adhere to the IMMAF officials and rules
Understand that if I am found to be in breach of any of the rules set out that disciplinary action may be deemed appropriate
Understand that all IMMAF and IMMAA officials reserve the right to remove any person from the competition at any stage
Understand that all rules apply from the day of registration to the final day of the medal ceremony
Understand that this is not a holiday, it is an important international sporting tournament and should be treated as such
Abide by the rules of the accommodation
Be contactable at all times and respond and engage with the Team Ireland group messages
Show support for the whole team – not just the members of my affiliated gym or relatives
Be present at each pre-arranged team meeting and weigh-ins
Be willing to participate in organised team activities
Adhere to transportation schedules set out by IMMAA coaches/volunteers
Understand that corner coaches for each competitor will be decided by the IMMAA coaches
Understand that accomodation sharing arrangements will be decided upon by IMMAA volunteers and are subject to change
Understand that all social interactions are to take place in communal areas and not in bedrooms
I as a competitor am responsible for ensuring my weight is appropriate for my category each day of the competition
As a Team Ireland competitor I am expected to support my teammates and be present for each Team Ireland fight and weigh-in
I am responsible for ensuring that I wake up on time and am present for each Team Ireland appointed meeting time
I am responsible for maintaining my own hygiene and Team Ireland kit
I understand that my Team Ireland kit must be worn at all Team Ireland events such as meetings and fights
I am responsible for my own belongings (However I may request that the IMMAA child liaison officer take care of important documents such as passport)
I understand that due to accomodation limitations I may have to share a bed with a teammate of the same gender
I understand that parental rules do not overrule IMMAA or IMMAF rules
I understand that as a Team Ireland competitor I will abide by Irish law where local legislation differs
I will remain in my assigned room upon arrival until a negative Covid test result has been returned
